My paypal account was hacked the other day - probaly a key logger. There is so fraud on the web these days. phishing emails, etc. one after the other. We need an international effort to hunt these fraudsters down

I ma not soft on crime but too often we here that punshment is the only answer to crime. Punishing someone admits that the crime has taken place - it is too late. If we talk about harsher deterants i may be in favour....jail would be a big deterant for me but not everyone.
